The team at Trivett’s went above and beyond with replacing our worn out factory hitch with a new heavy duty hitch which was needed for towing our 38 foot travel trailer. So above and beyond that they allowed us to bring the camper with us to their shop so they could ensure that the weight distribution hitch was properly set up for the new hitch after the install. The team worked outside in the rain that day to completely disassemble and reassemble the WDH to the proper configuration and ensuring it was set up for safe travels. The office staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive in making sure we were well taken care of!
